We are pleased to inform you that official accommodation for EPTC 2025 is now open at Resorts World Sentosa, our host venue for this year’s conference. Staying on-site offers convenient access to the West Ballroom, technical sessions, and evening networking events.

Booking Procedure

1. Please download and complete the attached Hotel Reservation Form .
2. Submit the completed form directly to groups@rwsentosa.com with the subject line: EPTC 2025 – Hotel Booking.
3. Confirmation will be issued directly by Resorts World Sentosa.

Kindly note that all accommodation arrangements must be made exclusively through groups@rwsentosa.com using the attached form. This is to ensure consistency of communication and to avoid any misrepresentation on third-party websites or informal channels.

Important Reservation Terms

As rooms are not pre-blocked, all reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking, RWS reserves the right to reject any reservation request. In the event the hotels are fully booked, guests may be offered an upgraded room category or be advised to explore availability at Hotel Ora.
